Showing gratitude in business

The most pleasant client to work with is a grateful client. A client who appreciates you and what you do. That’s why I’m so selective with the people I work with.. because nobody likes the naysayers.

I give 200% in all my business ventures, but what really motivates me to over-deliver is a good attitude. From my perspective, that’s what business is all about. Making the client happy.

Spend 5 minutes today and go out of your way to tell someone how much you appreciate them. Do something nice for someone without anticipation of reciprocation.

You’d be surprised how many people will remember this, and come to you in the future for potential opportunities you wouldn’t have had otherwise.  Reach up, stand out, and make somebody’s day today.
